Two-Level Floor Plan CAD

I have sketched out a two-story home and taken all the critical dimensions; now I need the sketch turned into a clear, professional CAD drawing. The goal is a tidy 2D floor plan for both levels that labels every room and shows accurate wall lengths, door and window sizes, plus each room’s dimensions.

I will email the hand-drawn plan with measurements as soon as the project starts. You can work in AutoCAD, BricsCAD, DraftSight—whatever you prefer—as long as the final output arrives as a print-ready, scaled PDF.

Please keep line weights and text styles consistent so the drawing reads well on an A4 or Letter-size page, and set an obvious north arrow and graphic scale. If you have any questions about unclear numbers or want an extra check on a measurement before drafting, just ask; quick communication is important to keep everything precise.

Deliverables
• One PDF per floor at 1:100 (or closest US equivalent) showing: room names, wall lengths, door and window sizes, individual room areas
• Combined PDF sheet with both floors stacked if it helps presentation
