My Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and TikTok channels are ready for the next level. I need a long-term mentor to guide me while actively shaping each platform's growth strategies. The immediate goal: drive consistent follower growth and create deeper engagement across streams and posts on all platforms.

What I expect from you:
• Hands-on multi-platform management: refine streaming schedules, optimize channel setups (panels, alerts, points), and implement smart community-building tactics for Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Personal coaching: meet with me regularly (voice or video) to analyze analytics, find opportunities across platforms, set actionable steps weekly both online and offline.
• Growth strategy development: Create short-, mid-, and long-term milestones for audience retention, engagement levels (chat activity, watch time), and follower base—track performance regularly.
• Ad transparency: If using ads for growth (e.g., Google Ads), you must provide proof such as links to ad sites or reports detailing the campaigns.

Acceptance criteria:
A successful collaboration will show measurable month-to-month growth in followers and active platform engagement. All recommendations should be data-driven and tailored to match my content style. No bots—growth must involve real audiences. Freelancers must provide proof of work done via links or valid documentation.
