Twilio Voice-Sheets Payment Agent

I need a lightweight voice agent built with Twilio that reads a caller’s outstanding balance from a Google Sheet, announces it, and then (optionally) passes the call to a live agent or follows up with an automated SMS or gather information from customer

Here’s how I picture the flow:

1. Caller dials our Twilio number.
2. Twilio checks the incoming Caller ID (or prompts for an account number/PIN) and looks up the matching row in Google Sheets.
3. The system retrieves the “Outstanding balance” column and plays it back using Twilio TTS.
4. After the balance is announced, the caller can press a key to:
• speak with an agent (warm transfer)
• request the same balance be sent via text
5. collect cusotmer information for quote if selected or for call back
Acceptable solutions can use Twilio Studio, Functions, or pure TwiML—whatever keeps the architecture simple and maintainable. The Google Sheets integration can be via the Sheets API, Apps Script, or a middleware hook; I just need the data fetch to be real-time.

Deliverables:
• Source code / Twilio Studio flow with clear comments
• Any Apps Script or backend function that connects Twilio to Google Sheets
• A short README showing how to deploy, update the sheet structure, and add new prompt recordings
• One test call proving the balance playback and transfer options work

No need for fancy dashboards—straightforward, reliable voice + SMS functionality that puts outstanding balance information in our callers’ ears (and phones) is the goal.
