I’m searching for an experienced Twilio professional who can meet with me one-on-one on a continuing basis and guide me through real-world troubleshooting and architecture topics. My immediate priority is to deepen my practical understanding of TwiML and complex call-flow design, then apply that knowledge to day-to-day support situations that involve call-quality issues.

Here is what I’d like our sessions to cover over time:
• Twilio Programmable Voice fundamentals, with an emphasis on writing and iterating TwiML for multi-step flows.
• End-to-end debugging of voice calls: latency and jitter analysis, packet-loss mitigation techniques, and making the most of Voice Insights and related diagnostic tools.
• Best practices around webhooks, SIP trunk configuration, and overall service hardening so that I can spot and resolve customer issues faster.

The format I have in mind is a live, screen-shared session (about an hour each) where we walk through sanitized support tickets or build small proof-of-concepts together. I’ll outline my specific learning goals at the start of each meeting; you’ll steer me toward solutions and explain the reasoning behind them.

Please let me know:
– Your relevant Twilio Voice experience, especially with TwiML call-flow design and troubleshooting.
– The hourly or per-session rate you charge for mentorship.
– Your preferred scheduling windows and any prerequisites you’d like me to prepare.

I’ll keep my employer details private for now, but I’m happy to discuss my background in our first call. Looking forward to working with someone who enjoys digging into the nuts and bolts of Twilio Voice and helping others level up.
