Turnkey Corporate Product Launch Event

Our company is unveiling a new product and I need a single point of contact who can deliver a polished, end-to-end corporate launch. The scope covers everything guests will see—from the moment the invitation lands in their inbox to the final presentation slide on stage.

Deliverables
• Event planning & venue setup: shortlist and secure a venue that fits our brand, design the floor plan and décor, specify AV/lighting, and prepare a detailed run-of-show.
• Presentation content & visuals: craft a cohesive storyline, build a branded slide deck (PowerPoint or Keynote), and produce any supporting videos or motion graphics.
• Guest invitations, registration & follow-up: design save-the-date and invitation emails, set up the registration flow (Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar), manage RSVP tracking, reminders, and post-event thank-you/survey.

Acceptance criteria
• Venue, décor, and AV plan approved by us at least four weeks before the event.
• Final presentation deck delivered in editable format one week prior.
• Live dashboard showing guest registration status and follow-up metrics.
