TurboSMTP cPanel/WHM Plugin Development

I need a developer who can build a clean, reliable cPanel/WHM plugin that lets server owners route all outgoing mail through the TurboSMTP API. My servers run on Linux and I’d like to host the finished package so customers can download the installer, drop it into their own cPanel/WHM environment, enter their TurboSMTP credentials and start sending immediately.
Core scope
• Outgoing mail only: the first release just has to relay messages through TurboSMTP. I may revisit inbound handling later, so keep the code modular enough to add that without a rewrite.
• Admin-only authentication inside WHM: the interface must respect existing WHM privilege levels—only root or reseller-level admins should be able to view or change the API key.
• Seamless installation: an SH or RPM installer that places the plugin files, registers the UI in WHM, and performs any needed service restarts.
Technical notes
– cPanel UAPI or WHM API preferred for integration.
– Any language officially supported by cPanel is fine (PHP, Perl, or Python); just follow cPanel’s coding standards and avoid depreciated hooks.
– TurboSMTP’s REST endpoints will handle the mail relay; include robust error catches so failures surface clearly in WHM.
Deliverables
1. Full plugin source with clear inline comments.
2. Installer package and uninstall script.
3. README or PDF setup guide for end-users.
4. Quick walkthrough on my test server proving successful SMTP relay.
If you already have cPanel plugin experience and are comfortable with external REST APIs on Linux, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
