TurboCAD to DWG Conversion Needed

I will send you a TurboCAD (.tcw) file and simply need it converted into a clean, fully-compatible DWG, .skp, DXF, IFC compatible to Revit that I can use for 3D modelling. My only priority is that all geometry, units, and any native layers that exist in the source file transfer correctly so the model opens in AutoCAD without errors or missing elements.

Deliverable:
One DWG file ready for 3D work, verified to open in AutoCAD (or similar) with intact geometry and correct scale.
