Turbocad Home Plan Drafting

I’m updating a complete residential floor plan and I need an experienced Turbocad user to turn my existing layout into a clean, construction-ready drawing set. The current plan is already sketched in Turbocad format, but it requires professional layering, dimensioning, room naming, and any minor adjustments needed for accuracy and consistency.

Scope
• Draft the entire home—every room, wall, door, and window must be reflected exactly as shown in the source file.
• Apply clear layers for walls, fixtures, electrical, and annotations so contractors can toggle views easily.
• Add standard dimensions, square footage calculations, and a keyed legend.
• Deliver both the native .tcw file and a plotted PDF sheet sized for 24"×36".

Acceptance
The drawing should open error-free in Turbocad 2023, print to scale, and match the provided layout within 1/8" tolerance.
