I have roughly fifty songs and fifty music-video files that need to be trimmed into “question” and “answer” clips for an upcoming trivia event.
Here’s the exact flow I need followed:
• For standard tracks: create a 20-second “question” clip that avoids the chorus, then a 30-second “answer” clip that includes the chorus.
• For 8-bit selections (all are fun 80s-style chiptunes): only one 20-second crop is required.
• For the “reverse” round: take about 20 seconds of the chorus, reverse it, save that as the question, then append the normal chorus afterward for the answer.
• Pixel-zoom images: my simple app spits out two files automatically—a still close-up PNG and an animated GIF that zooms back to full resolution. Just run each source image through the app so I have both outputs ready to drop into the quiz.
Final delivery should be:
- Audio clips in MP3
- Video clips in MP4
- Image close-ups as provided by the app (PNG + GIF for each)
Keep filenames logical (e.g., “01_Q.mp3”, “01_A.mp3”) so I can batch-load everything into the quiz software. If this first batch goes smoothly there will be plenty more sets to prepare for my trivia as im trying to get lots of weeks sorted,
