Tririga 10.3→11.3 Upgrade

I need an IBM Tririga specialist to move my production environment from version 10.3 to 11.3 while keeping all existing configurations, forms, and workflow customizations fully intact.

Before we start, I will provide database and application backups along with a summary of the custom objects in use. Your job is to plan the upgrade path, execute it in a sandbox first, resolve any schema or workflow conflicts, and then repeat the process in production once sign-off is secured.

Key deliverables
• Detailed upgrade plan with rollback steps
• Fully upgraded sandbox and production instances on 11.3
• Validation report confirming every customization, workflow, and integration is functioning as before
• Post-upgrade knowledge-transfer session and concise runbook for future patching

Experience with WebSphere or WebLogic, Oracle or DB2 back-ends, and Tririga Catalog Manager will be a strong advantage. If you have successfully preserved heavy customizations during past upgrades, I’d love to see an example.
