Trim Lecture Video Footage

I have a raw recording of an educational lecture that will serve as core content in my online course. All I’m after right now is a clean, well-paced cut: trimming the start and end, removing stumbles and dead air, and tightening any long pauses so the flow feels natural.

The slides and on-screen demonstrations need to stay perfectly aligned with the presenter’s audio, so careful attention to sync is essential. No captions, motion graphics, or fancy transitions are required this round—just precise cutting and polishing that lets the teaching shine.

Please deliver a 1080p MP4 (H.264) plus the editable project file from your preferred NLE (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve are all fine). If you see quick wins for pacing improvements while you’re in there, feel free to suggest them.
