Trello Enhancements & Automation Setup

I already run two Trello boards for my project managers, but the structure needs tightening and a layer of smart automation. The first priority is cleaning up and standardising our due-date and deadline fields so every card shows clear, consistent timing information that can be filtered or reported on easily.

Once the dates behave the way we need, I’d like you to configure helpful automations—things like rules that move cards when a status changes, reminders that fire ahead of approaching deadlines, and any other Butler-powered tricks you know will save clicks and keep work flowing. I’m happy to hear additional suggestions; if you spot gaps or see features that could streamline our process, bring them forward and we’ll decide together what to switch on.
