Tree Surgery Appointment Setter

I run a busy tree-surgery company and need someone who can jump on fresh leads the moment they arrive. All enquiries land in GoHighLevel, and my goal is for every caller, e-mail sender or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead to hear from us within five minutes, have their details logged, and leave the conversation with a booked slot in my diary.

You’ll work through a hybrid process: automated texts and e-mails fire first, then you step in for the personal touch—calling, replying to e-mails or messaging back on Meta to confirm the job specifics. Every contact record must be updated inside GoHighLevel so I can track the pipeline and dispatch crews efficiently.

Deliverables
• Respond to new leads (phone, e-mail, Meta) inside 5 minutes
• Capture and enter: client name, best contact number/e-mail, service requested and any extra notes, plus their preferred date and time
• Lock in an appointment or site-visit slot directly on the shared calendar
• Keep each lead’s status accurate inside GoHighLevel until the work is confirmed

Preference will be given to freelancers based in the UK or South Africa due to time zone alignment and English fluency. Strong communication skills and quick response times are essential. Training can be provided if experience with GoHighLevel is limited. Immediate start required.
