I need help clearing a backlog of treasury records. All source documents are ready; what’s missing is the precise entry of every sales and purchase transaction into a structured Microsoft Excel workbook.
Here’s what I expect:
• Enter each sales invoice and purchase bill exactly as it appears on the supporting documents, following the column layout I provide.
• Apply basic accounting logic—debits, credits and tax codes—so the running cash balance always ties out.
• Flag any gaps or inconsistencies you notice; I would rather pause and clarify than correct errors later.
The deliverable is a single, fully-populated Excel file with clean formatting, filters enabled and a control sheet that shows the final reconciled totals. I’ll review by sampling entries and confirming that totals match my bank feed; zero-difference reconciliation is the acceptance point.
If you have a sharp eye for numbers and the patience for methodical data work, this should be straightforward and quick to complete.
