Travel Social Media Lead Generation

I run a growing travel company and need someone who can take full ownership of our Facebook and Instagram presence with one clear objective: turn followers into paying customers.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A consistent content calendar that blends inspiring travel imagery, short-form video, and story-based posts that push people toward our booking page.
• End-to-end management of Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager—campaign setup, creative testing, audience building, daily optimization, and clear reporting on cost-per-lead and return on ad spend.
• Community management: quick, friendly replies to comments and DMs so potential travelers feel looked after from the first touchpoint.
• Weekly performance summaries with actionable insights so we can double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.

If you know your way around Meta Business Suite, Canva or similar design tools, and you’ve previously driven measurable leads or sales for lifestyle or travel brands, I’d love to see your approach and a couple of results-oriented case studies.
