I need our Instagram and Facebook pages handled end-to-end so they consistently turn followers into real travel enquiries and, ultimately, confirmed bookings. You will be working with a steady stream of destination photos, short clips and customer testimonials that my team and I already capture on every tour—we just need them shaped into engaging Reels, Stories and feed posts that speak directly to families and group travellers.
Here is what success looks like from my side:
• A clear monthly content calendar with post themes aligned to school holidays and group-friendly packages.
• 3–5 Reels or Stories per week plus regular feed posts, all optimised with the right hashtags, geotags and calls-to-action that drive viewers to message or click through to our enquiry form.
• Community management—quick replies to comments and DMs, thoughtful interaction with relevant family-travel accounts and groups to boost organic reach.
• Simple, transparent reporting: follower growth, reach, saves, shares and, most importantly, how many genuine booking conversations each week come from Instagram and Facebook.
You’re free to use scheduling or analytics tools you’re comfortable with—Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.—as long as the workflow stays smooth for both of us. All creative must stay on-brand: warm, trustworthy and adventure-oriented without looking overly salesy.
If you can combine scroll-stopping visuals with copy that nudges travellers to start planning their next getaway, I’ll keep the content pipeline full and the brief clear.
