Responsibilities:

Assist clients with travel inquiries and reservation requests

Book and manage flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages

Provide accurate quotes, confirmations, and travel documentation

Maintain organized and up-to-date client records

Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online systems

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and time management abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools
