Travel Business Automation Developer Needed

I am looking for a developer to build an automation system for my travel business.

I receive trip requirements from multiple WhatsApp and Telegram groups. The messages can be in text or voice/audio format.

I want a system that automatically monitors these groups and alerts me only when a relevant trip/pickup location is within my specified distance from me.

Main Requirements
Monitor WhatsApp Business and Telegram groups
Monitor selected groups where travel requirements are posted.
The groups will be provided by me.
The system should identify new trip requirements.
Text message processing
Read/analyse text messages.
Identify the pickup location/locality in Bangalore.
Understand common abbreviations and variations of Bangalore locations.
Voice message processing
Detect voice/audio messages.
Convert voice messages into text using speech-to-text.
Extract the pickup location and trip details from the transcription.
Location filtering
I should be able to set a distance/radius, for example 5 km or 10 km.
The system should determine whether the pickup location is within that radius of my current/base location.
If the location is outside the selected radius, it should be ignored.
Alert
When a relevant trip is detected, send me an immediate notification.
The alert should preferably contain:
Pickup location
Destination
Date/time
Number of passengers, if available
Vehicle requirement, if available
Original message/transcription
Distance from my location
Source group

I should be able to add multiple mobile numbers to this system
