I'm looking for a skilled web developer to manage a Chinese travel agency website. MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE CHINESE - NO EXCEPTIONS. This would be on an ongoing, part-time basis. The primary function of this site is to showcase our holiday packages and tours, and to collect enquiry requests from potential customers.

Key Requirements:
- Display holiday packages and tours
- Update new itineraries and post to site
- Update content and photos
- connect to Social Media
- Collect enquiry requests

Each package/tour should include:
- Price, dates, itinerary, and included items
- Destination photos, highlights, and trip length
- Hotel details, transport, and activities

Ideally, you should have:
- Strong portfolio in developing similar websites
- Experience with user-friendly, engaging layouts
- Proficiency in SEO and mobile responsiveness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work independently, sourcing license-free photos and content, update the site on a monthly basis or as needed
