I’m putting together a complete digital platform for my transport business and need a partner who can build both a responsive website and companion mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Core features I must see from day one include:
• Ride-booking for passengers with fare estimate and confirmation
• Live vehicle tracking on a map so users can watch their ride approach and I can monitor fleet activity
• Driver management tools—profile setup, availability toggles, trip history, earnings dashboard, and the ability for me to activate, suspend, or edit driver accounts
The platform should serve two audiences—passengers and drivers—so every screen, API, and database table has to respect that dual workflow. Think seamless sign-up, secure login (OAuth or phone OTP), and push notifications on both sides. A web-based admin panel sitting behind the main site will tie everything together.
I’m open to the tech stack, but a cross-platform approach such as Flutter or React Native paired with a robust backend (Node.js, Laravel, or similar) makes sense to keep code unified. Clean architecture, well-commented source code, and hand-off documentation are non-negotiable.
Deliverables upon completion:
1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps uploaded to the stores
2. Fully responsive website with integrated admin panel
3. Source code repositories with commit history
4. Deployment scripts or CI/CD pipeline
5. Technical documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session
