Translation Reviewers Needed – Multiple Languages (SaaS Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced freelance language reviewers to review and validate existing translations of our software platform.

The goal is to ensure that translations are accurate, consistent, professional, and natural for native speakers.

Languages Required: Spanish, Arabic, German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Korean, and Chinese.

Location: Remote

Project Details

- Existing translations will be provided for review.
- This is a translation review project, not translation from scratch.
- Reviewers can apply for one or more languages.
- Feedback and corrections should be provided in a shared spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

- Review existing translations against the original English content.
- Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Ensure the original meaning and context are preserved.
- Check terminology consistency across the platform.
- Ensure the tone is professional and appropriate for the language.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent translations.
- Ensure translations sound natural to native speakers.
- Suggest corrections wherever required.
- Review software UI content, including buttons, labels, menus, notifications, and error messages.

Requirements

- Native or near-native proficiency in at least one of the listed languages.
- Strong understanding of written English.
- Experience in translation review, proofreading, or software localization.
- Ability to identify errors and suggest clear corrections.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience with financial or SaaS platforms is a plus.
