Translate Patient Medical Reports

I have a set of medical reports that must be translated so patients can understand their own records clearly and confidently. Accuracy is critical, yet the language must remain plain enough for a non-specialist reader. You should be comfortable converting technical terms into patient-friendly wording without losing any clinical nuance.

The source files are standard hospital reports—diagnosis summaries, lab results, and physician notes. I will provide the originals in their native format and expect the translated versions to mirror the layout, headings, and tables so doctors can cross-reference them easily. A brief terminology list or glossary would also be helpful for recurring phrases.
