Translate Machinery Manuals into French

I have several English-language machinery manuals that must be rendered into flawless, native-level French. The content is highly technical—step-by-step operating procedures, safety warnings, maintenance schedules, parts lists, and the usual exploded-view illustrations—so the translation needs to preserve every spec, dimension, and caution exactly as written while still reading naturally to French-speaking technicians.

The source files arrive in mixed formats (mainly Word and PDF). Some sections are plain text, others embed tables, callouts, and diagrams with embedded labels. I need the French version to mirror the original layout as closely as possible, including re-creating any figure captions or callout text that appears inside images.
