Translate English Web Content to Chinese

I have a batch of website pages currently written in English that need to be translated into clear, natural-sounding Chinese. The goal is to keep the original tone and intent while ensuring the copy reads fluently for a Mandarin-speaking audience.

Scope
• Web content only—no technical manuals or marketing brochures outside the site.
• Preserve on-page structure: headings (H1–H3), meta titles, alt text, and any embedded calls-to-action.
• Where the source includes keywords for SEO, keep equivalent search intent in Chinese.
• Return the text in a clean, line-by-line format that makes it easy for my developer to replace the English copy.

Quality criteria
• Accurate meaning transfer with proper localization (no machine-translation output).
• Consistent terminology across all pages.
• Free of typos, punctuation errors, and unnatural phrasing.

Please let me know your experience translating web content, the approximate turnaround time you can offer, and any questions you have about domain, word count, or preferred file format.
