I have a complete exhaust-manifold CAD model and need a short, eye-catching video that captures the unsteady flow created by each cylinder pulse, very similar in style and pacing to https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Z17bzo2YUus.
Your CFD post-processing should highlight:
• Color-coded flow patterns that evolve through the manifold
• Overlay velocity vectors to show direction and intensity
• A clear pressure-distribution palette during every pulse
Everything must be presented as a smooth 3D animation; no 2D slices are required. Please run the transient simulation, extract the key cycle (one full firing sequence), and render it as an MP4 or equivalent high-quality format. I will also need the raw simulation files so I can review settings and, if needed, tweak them later.
If you are confident with tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or similar and can match the visual style of the reference link, let’s discuss runtime, mesh size, and how many pulses we can realistically squeeze into a 10–20 second clip without losing clarity.
