Transformative learning tours to Nepal Himalayas

I’m putting together an immersive, Himalayan learning journey that blends trekking, local culture, food-as-medicine practices and mindful wellness. To make it truly special, I’m inviting a small group of volunteer collaborators who can help me design and host each trip on the ground here in Nepal and, at the same time, amplify our reach to international travellers.

Your main focus will be shaping the day-to-day experience: refining routes, organising homestays, liaising with guides and cooks, then accompanying the groups as a personable host. While doing so, you’ll capture moments—stories, photos or short videos—and share them through your own channels so we reach more wellness and nature-focused travellers around the world.

A background in travel, tourism or hospitality is ideal, and strong interpersonal skills are essential because you’ll be interacting constantly with guests, porters, villagers and partner lodges. If you also bring an existing network in the premium travel space or a lively social media following, that will accelerate our visibility, but genuine enthusiasm and cultural sensitivity matter just as much.

Timeline and involvement are flexible; we can discuss whether you join a single departure or stay for a full season. In return for your time you’ll gain on-the-ground experience in sustainable Himalayan tourism, daily exposure to traditional healing cuisine and a chance to help shape a project that supports local communities.
