Transfer PDF Tables to Excel

I have a multi-page PDF where all content is organised in clearly structured tables that keep the exact same column order and header style from the first page to the last. I simply need every row copied into a single Excel workbook—one sheet is fine—without worrying about replicating the visual styling of the PDF. Plain, clean data is all that matters.

Source PDF: tables only, consistent layout throughout
Required output: an .xlsx file containing the full dataset, columns mapped exactly as they appear in the PDF, no additional formatting or calculations.

Accuracy is critical; totals and figures must match the original document. A quick turnaround would be appreciated, and feel free to use any reliable extraction method or scripting tool you prefer (Power Query, Python, Adobe export, etc.) as long as the final spreadsheet is delivered error-free.
