Transcription and PDF Layout Cleanup

I have several files that need two key tasks handled smoothly:

First, I need accurate typing or transcription of my source material (some will arrive as audio, some as raw text). Clean grammar, correct spelling, and a faithful replication of the original content matter most.

Second, once the text is ready, I want to keep everything in PDF format but refresh its layout so the document is easier to read and looks consistent from cover to final page. This means smoothing out fonts, margins, and line spacing so nothing feels crowded or misaligned. No major redesign—just a tidy, professional polish.

Deliverables
• Fully transcribed text, proof-checked for accuracy
• Updated PDF with improved readability and uniform styling
• Optional editable source file if you work in Word or InDesign (helpful for future tweaks)
