Transcribed Interludes with On-screen Text

I have three short video clips, each running about 70–75 seconds, that need to slot neatly into a longer production. For each clip I need the spoken audio transcribed and displayed over a soft blurred abstract background so nothing distracts from the words. The text should appear on screen as short paragraphs, not word-by-word highlights or single-line captions.

While the transcription rolls, place a small picture-in-picture of me in the lower-right corner so viewers can still see me speaking. The main focus, however, is the clean, readable transcription against that subtle backdrop.

Deliverables are three finished 1080p files ready to drop into my master timeline, plus matching SRT or embedded captions so I can make future tweaks if needed. Use whatever tool you’re fastest with—Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects—so long as the result is crisp, well-timed, and free of typos.
