Transcribe Scanned Text to Word

I have a collection of scanned documents that contain only text. I need every word in those images carefully re-typed into a clean Microsoft Word file, preserving original paragraph breaks, headings, and any simple emphasis such as bold or italics that appears in the scans. No numeric tables or mixed media are involved—just straight text, so accuracy and consistent formatting matter more than speed.

You may use OCR to speed up your workflow if you like, but the final submission must be manually proof-read so that spelling, punctuation, and line breaks match the source exactly.

Deliverables:
• A single, well-structured Word document (.docx) containing all transcribed text.
• The file should be free of stray line breaks, double spaces, and OCR artifacts.
• Turnaround time and progress updates are appreciated; partial drafts are welcome if that helps you hit the deadline.

I will review the Word file against the scans and release payment once the text is complete and properly formatted.
