Transcribe PDFs to Word Text

I have a collection of scanned PDF files that need to be turned into clean, editable Word documents. The task is strictly text-based—no images, charts, or other graphics need to be reproduced. I simply need every word transferred accurately, with the same paragraph breaks, headings, and basic formatting you see in each original page.

Accuracy matters more than speed: spelling should be flawless, stray OCR artifacts removed, and the final document must read exactly like the source. Standard Word formatting tools are fine; no special templates are required.

Deliverables
• A separate .docx file for each source PDF, mirroring the text and simple structure of the original.
• Completed files returned by the agreed deadline, ready for my immediate use.
