Transcribe PDFs into Emails

I have several scanned PDF text documents that must be re-typed with complete accuracy and then pasted directly into pre-addressed email drafts. Because the source files are scans, I’m not looking for an automated OCR pass—I need someone who will manually type each line, proof-read it, and make sure the wording, spacing, and any simple formatting (paragraph breaks, headings, basic emphasis) match the original.

Once each document is typed, simply drop the text into the body of the corresponding email I’ll provide and save the draft so it’s ready to be sent. That’s all—no attachments, no extra layouts, just clean, error-free text sitting in the email body.

Turnaround and accuracy are more important to me than volume, so let me know how many pages you’re comfortable handling per day and your typical error-rate or quality-checking approach. I’ll share a short, single-page sample first; if that looks good we’ll move on to the full batch.

Deliverables:
• Typed text for every scanned page, mirrored exactly.
• Draft emails containing that text, saved in my account (credentials or shared mailbox access will be provided).
