Transcribe Paper Docs to Word

I need fewer than 50 mixed-source pages—some handwritten notes, others printed forms—typed accurately into an editable Microsoft Word document. The pages aren’t plain text; several include headings, bullet lists, bold/italic emphasis and similar layout touches, so the Word file must preserve
that special formatting as faithfully as possible.

Deliverables
• One clean, fully editable .docx file (or a separate file per source document if that’s clearer)
• Formatting on each page mirrors the original, including any embedded headings or emphasis
• Spelling verified and numbers double-checked against the originals

I will supply high-resolution scans as soon as the project starts and remain available for clarification on any hard-to-read handwriting.
