Transcribe Paper Docs to Excel

I have several raw financial spreadsheets that need to be brought together into one clean, easy-to-navigate workbook. Your job is to take the scattered data, enter anything still sitting in CSVs, and then use formulas—VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS—and PivotTables to structure it logically.

Once the information is consolidated, I want a dynamic dashboard that lets me filter by month, account, and cost center and immediately see totals, variances, and simple trend charts. The visuals should refresh automatically whenever new rows are pasted into the source sheet.

Deliverables
• A master worksheet with all financial records organized and de-duplicated
• PivotTables and helper columns that feed the dashboard without manual intervention
• An interactive dashboard (slicers, charts, conditional-format highlights) built entirely in Excel—no external add-ins
• A short walkthrough video or annotated screenshots so I understand how to refresh and extend the model

Accuracy, clear labeling, and a layout that a non-technical user can follow will be my acceptance criteria. If you’ve built similar financial dashboards before, please mention the formulas or design tricks you relied on; it helps me gauge fit.
