Transcribe Notes into Polished PDF

I have a small set of handwritten notes—no more than ten pages—that I need typed up clearly and exported as a single, professional-looking PDF. Several pages include hand-drawn diagrams, a couple of simple tables, and some mathematical equations. I’ll supply legible scans; you’ll return a clean, accurately formatted PDF that faithfully reproduces every element.

Please redraw the diagrams so they look sharp (vector or high-resolution raster is fine as long as they scale neatly), recreate the tables in a consistent style, and lay out the equations so they read naturally. Word, LaTeX, InDesign, or a comparable toolset is up to you, so long as the finished file prints crisply and the text stays fully selectable.
