Transcribe Notebook Scans to Text

I have a collection of scanned notebook pages—my own handwritten notes taken during several scientific studies—that I need typed up into clean, editable digital text. The handwriting is generally legible, but some pages include quick sketches, formulas, and shorthand that must be preserved exactly as written (no interpretation or rewriting).

Scope
• Around 120 pages of scans supplied as high-resolution JPEGs.
• Copy every word, symbol, and line break into a single Microsoft Word document (or Google Docs if you prefer).
• Label page numbers in the footer so I can cross-reference with the originals.
• Flag any word you cannot confidently read by enclosing it in double brackets [[like this]] for easy follow-up.

Acceptance Criteria
• 99 % transcription accuracy or higher.
• Original page order maintained.
• Delivery as a .docx file plus the font-embedded PDF export for quick review.

Speed is appreciated, but accuracy comes first. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any experience you have deciphering scientific handwriting.
