Transcribe Moderately Legible Notes

I have a set of handwritten notes that I need converted into a clean, editable text document. The writing is moderately legible, so accuracy and an eye for detail matter. Every word, line break, and piece of punctuation should be preserved exactly as it appears on the page; I am not looking for summaries or paraphrasing.

The final deliverable should be:
• A single Word or Google Docs file matching the original wording and formatting as closely as possible.
• Clear indication of any sections that were genuinely impossible to decipher, if they occur.
