Transcribe Mixed PDF to Word

I have one PDF containing a mixture of printed passages and handwritten notes that I need recreated in Microsoft Word. I’m looking for a clean, editable document that keeps the original look—headings, bullet points, spacing, margins—while also capturing every word exactly as it appears.

The priorities are:
• 100 % textual accuracy, including punctuation, abbreviations and line breaks
• Faithful formatting that mirrors the source (fonts can be approximated; layout should match)

Please flag any words that are unclear or illegible so I can review them quickly. The finished file should be delivered as a .docx compatible with Word 2019 or later.
