Transcribe Handwritten Study Notes Accurately

I have several pages of handwritten class notes that need to be converted into a clean, error-free digital version. The handwriting is clear, but I want every heading, underline, and simple diagram reproduced so the final document looks organized and easy to study from.

Please type the content exactly as written, correct obvious spelling slips without changing meaning, and keep any original structure such as numbered lists or bullet points intact. When you finish, deliver two files: a plain-text version (.txt) and a matching PDF so I can share or print it quickly.

Speed matters, but accuracy matters more—if something is hard to read, flag it and ask rather than guess.
