I have several PDF files that consist of handwritten notes written in clear, general-language prose. I need every line faithfully typed into a single, well-formatted Microsoft Word document. A few simple diagrams appear throughout the pages; please recreate those in Word using basic shapes so the final file mirrors the originals as closely as possible.

Requirements are straightforward:
• Accurate transcription of all handwritten text.
• Clean, consistent formatting (headings, bullet points, spacing) so the document is easy to read and edit later.
• Redrawing of the limited diagrams directly in Word—no screenshots or low-res images.
• Final delivery as an editable .docx file with the diagrams embedded in their proper positions.
