The notes are entirely in English, so please keep spelling and grammar intact.

If any word or phrase is hard to read, simply highlight it so I can confirm the wording later. Apart from those highlights, aim for a polished look: consistent fonts, aligned tables, and proper use of Word styles where it makes sense. When finished, deliver the single .docx file ready for me to use and share.
