Please re-type the content faithfully but present it in a standardized format—consistent headings, uniform fonts, tidy spacing, and clear bullet or numbered lists where appropriate. You do not need to reproduce the exact visual layout of the originals; clarity and consistency are the priority.

I will send high-resolution scans so you can zoom in for accuracy. If any word is unreadable, mark it with “[illegible]” so I can review later. A quick spell-check before delivery would be appreciated.
