Transcribe Handwritten Notes to PDF

I have a collection of scanned, handwritten notes that need to be turned into a clean, searchable PDF. The writing is laid out in standard paragraphs—no bullet lists or tables—so the finished document should mirror that straightforward flow.

Every sketch or photo that appears in the original pages must stay part of the final file. Please embed each image so the reading experience feels just like the handwritten version, only typed and polished.

Accuracy is key: spelling, punctuation, and line breaks should follow the source precisely, while any illegible words can be flagged for me to review. I would also like basic text recognition enabled so the PDF remains fully searchable.

When you deliver, I’m expecting one production-ready PDF that:
• faithfully reproduces paragraph order and spacing
• contains all images in their proper spots
• is free of transcription errors and easy to read on any device

Let me know your timeframe and any questions you have about the scans, and we can get started right away.
