Transcribe Handwritten Notes Accurately

I need several pages of handwritten material turned into clean, error-free digital text. The writing is entirely in English, mostly clear cursive, but there are occasional abbreviations and crossed-out words that will require careful attention. I will provide high-resolution JPEG scans; you return an editable Word or Google Docs file that mirrors the original layout where possible (headings, paragraph breaks, underlines).

Accuracy matters more than speed, so please proofread your work before sending it back. If any words are truly illegible, flag them with brackets so I can double-check later. I’m happy to supply a short sample page first; use that to show me your approach and confirm we’re on the same page.

Deliverables:
• A fully transcribed document in .docx or shared Google Doc
• A simple log of any words you marked as uncertain

I prefer someone comfortable with standard spelling and punctuation conventions and willing to sign a brief confidentiality agreement, as the notes contain personal information.
