Transcribe Handwritten Client Notes

I have several pages of handwritten notes taken during recent client meetings that I need turned into a clean, searchable digital document. Accuracy is paramount: every word must match the original script, including abbreviations and any shorthand I may have used.

Preferred file type is flexible—feel free to suggest whether Word, PDF, or plain text will best preserve clarity—but the end result must be easy for me to edit later if needed. Standard paragraph structure is fine; no special formatting beyond what is detailed below.

Special requirement: every time a person’s name appears, please make it stand out (bold, highlight, or another consistent method you propose). No extra emphasis is needed for dates, times, or financial figures.

Deliverables
• Complete transcription of all pages in the agreed-upon file format
• A version history or track-changes file if you make any later revisions
