I have a set of scanned-PDF meeting minutes that need to be turned into clean, editable text. The originals are corporate documents, so fidelity to wording, punctuation, and layout matters; however, you can omit all speaker attributions and focus purely on the content itself.

Your task
• Open each scanned PDF, read line by line, and re-type the text into a Word document (or Google Docs if you prefer).
• Preserve existing headings, numbered or bulleted lists, and any emphasis the original uses (bold, italics, underline).
• Correct obvious scanning artefacts or typos while keeping the meaning intact; do not paraphrase.

Acceptance criteria
• Final file delivered in .docx format, ready for internal distribution.
• Page breaks and section breaks must match the source.
• Zero speaker names included—only the substantive text of the minutes.
• Spot-check accuracy of at least 99 %; I will verify by comparing against the PDFs.
