Transcribe Clear Handwritten Notes

I have several sets of handwritten notes, each running about three to five pages, that I need typed up in Microsoft Word. The handwriting is very clear, so deciphering the text should be straightforward—I simply want an accurate, error-free transcription that preserves the original wording.
