Transcribe 1–2-Hour Lectures

I have up to two hours of recorded lectures and internal meetings that I need turned into a polished written transcript. The recordings are clear, feature multiple speakers, and are entirely in Spanish.

What I’m looking for:
• A verbatim (or near-verbatim) transcript with natural paragraph breaks.
• Speaker identification whenever the voice changes.
• Time-stamps every 2-3 minutes or at each topic shift so I can locate key moments quickly.

You’ll receive the audio files in MP3 format and a short glossary of preferred terminology. Please return the final document in either Word or Google Docs within three days of acceptance.

Accuracy and confidentiality are critical; a strong command of Spanish vocabulary and prior experience with lecture or meeting transcription will help you succeed. If you use any AI tools to speed up the process, that’s fine—just make sure you proofread carefully before delivery.
