Train-to-Hire Manager for Cleaning Services

Apprentice: Paid training $2 a hour for a $10 a hour long term Manager job. Training is 3 hours a day for 3 weeks after training it’s 8 hours a day Your pretty much learning all areas of running the business payroll, bookepeeping, social media, appointment booking, finding a cleaner dispatch you would be running the business during your shift in your own that’s why jumps to $10 because your doing everything and yes 8 hours 6 days a week after training. Training is $2 a hour and last 21 days payment is made at the end of 3 week training. You would be running two cleaning services. after training your pay is $19 a hour for 8 hour shift 6 days a week ($480 a week) 8am-4pm shift, 4pm to midnight and midnight to 8 am Monday through Saturday and we need one person who only works Sundays 8am-8pm.
