Train Customer-Focused Content Writers

My goal is to boost business growth by building a small pool of customer-targeted content writers. I need your help to spot, screen, and shape writers who can deliver clear, persuasive copy that speaks directly to our buyers.

Here is what I expect from you:

• A step-by-step mini-workflow that shows how you will identify suitable candidates, test their skills, and give them a short orientation (SEO basics, tone, grammar).
• At least three vetted writers, each having completed a short sample article that proves they understand customer pain points and benefits.
• All sample pieces and your evaluation notes, delivered in editable Google Docs so I can reuse the process later.

Acceptance criteria
• Every sample is plagiarism-free, well-structured, and customer-centric.
• Writers meet the tone, grammar, and deadline standards you set at the start.
• I release ₹500 for each writer who passes your quality check and hands in an approved sample; payment happens per milestone as each writer qualifies.

Feel free to use the tools you know best—Google Docs, Grammarly, or any equivalent—to keep everything simple and shareable. Once the three writers are ready and the documentation is complete, the project is done.
